A Clinical Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Panchakarma Specialist, Reiki Master, and Yoga Teacher Trainer, Jasmine brings ancient teachings alive through a modern, embodied lens. Her mission is to awaken the healer archetype in every woman, combining energy medicine, nervous system regulation, and Ayurvedic wisdom to create true transformation. Jasmine empowers students to build sacred businesses that are soul-led, trauma-aware, and rooted in purpose—becoming powerful agents of healing in their communities and beyond.

Helena is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness. With a background in physiology, biochemistry, and physical education, she brings a grounded and integrative approach to healing that blends ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern science. Helena offers personalised consultations and therapies that include nutrition, herbal support, and bodywork. She also teaches traditional yoga and meditation in a way that’s accessible and nurturing for all levels. Certified by the Brahma Vidyalaya School in partnership with the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and an internationally recognised yoga instructor, Helena is passionate about guiding others toward balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Harmony broke the course down into a digestible and easy-to-understand way.
