Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari is an experienced Ayurveda and Panchakarma specialist with over 15 years of clinical and teaching experience in the field of Ayurveda. He graduated with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and completed advanced specialised training in Panchakarma therapy.
His areas of expertise include Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu, Panchakarma, and Jyotish (Vedic astrology). A passionate educator and writer, he has been sharing Ayurvedic wisdom through his long-running blog www.ayurmantra.com since his university days.
Dr. Bhandari was a founding member of a reputed Ayurveda hospital and research centre in Kathmandu and has been invited to Europe to lead Panchakarma centres and conduct training programs. His work and teachings have taken him across Europe, South America, and Central America, spreading authentic Ayurvedic knowledge worldwide.
In 2016, Dr. Bhandari migrated to Australia, where he has since practised on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, establishing Sunshine Ayurveda in Maroochydore — a centre dedicated to traditional Ayurvedic healing, education, and community wellness.
At Sunshine Ayurveda, he regularly conducts workshops, professional training, and certification courses on therapies such as Shirodhara, Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage), and Head Massage.
Dr. Bhandari is a professional member of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA) and the Complementary Medicine Association (CMA).
