Course Curriculum

This 24-month advanced certification - comprising 18 months of coursework and a 6-month supervised clinical internship - is designed to deepen your skills in professional Ayurvedic assessment, case management and personalised wellness support.

Across Level 1 and Level 2, your training totals 1,800 hours, including 600 hours of supervised case study and clinical practice. You’ll develop greater confidence in assessing patterns of imbalance through classical Ayurvedic frameworks and applying these insights to create thoughtful, individualised recommendations using herbal formulations, nutrition, lifestyle practices and traditional therapeutic approaches.

A strong focus is placed on women’s health, hormonal wellbeing, stress physiology and nervous system regulation, helping you understand how these areas intersect with digestion, sleep, energy, emotional wellbeing and resilience. Through supervised practice, mentorship and trauma-informed coaching tools, you’ll strengthen your ability to work with clients in a grounded, ethical and compassionate way - integrating traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary understanding while remaining within appropriate professional scope.

Prerequisite: Completion of the Level 1 Ayurvedic Health Consultant Certification, or an equivalent foundational Ayurvedic qualification, is required for entry into Level 2.

Senior Faculty Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari

Ayurveda and Panchakarma Specialist Director/Sunshine Ayurveda Wellness Centre. Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari is an experienced Ayurveda and Panchakarma specialist with over 15 years of clinical and teaching experience in the field of Ayurveda. He graduated with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and completed advanced specialised training in Panchakarma therapy. His areas of expertise include Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu, Panchakarma, and Jyotish (Vedic astrology). A passionate educator and writer, he has been sharing Ayurvedic wisdom through his long-running blog www.ayurmantra.com since his university days. Dr. Bhandari was a founding member of a reputed Ayurveda hospital and research centre in Kathmandu and has been invited to Europe to lead Panchakarma centres and conduct training programs. His work and teachings have taken him across Europe, South America, and Central America, spreading authentic Ayurvedic knowledge worldwide. In 2016, Dr. Bhandari migrated to Australia, where he has since practised on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, establishing Sunshine Ayurveda in Maroochydore — a centre dedicated to traditional Ayurvedic healing, education, and community wellness.
