This training is more than learning postures—it is a sādhanā (spiritual practice) that will transform the way you hold space, the way you teach, and the way you live.
The Vedas remind us that the human system is a reflection of the cosmos—when we lose touch with our inner cycles, we suffer dis-ease.
Restorative & Yin Yoga act as rasāyana (rejuvenation practices) for the nervous system, endocrine health, and subtle energy body.
As a teacher, you become a vessel for śakti—the healing force of the universe—offering sanctuary in an age of overwhelm.
Please set up a discovery call with me if you have further questions! I would love to chat - Jasmine xoxo
